50% SILK 50% SUPERWASH MERINO ROVING
This is a great blend, not just a little silk but 50% giving it a very
lustrous sheen, takes the dye very quickly and is so easy to spin. This
is the same roving used to make the 50/50 Silk/Merino yarn.
70% SUPERWASH MERINO 30% SEACELL PENCIL ROVING.
JUST LIKE THE YARN but you can spin your own, this pencil roving makes
it so easy and a pleasure to spin. It dyes very quickly with acid dyes
or natural dyes and has a lovely sheen.
BAMBOO PENCIL ROVING.
"Bamboo fibre is made of cellulose and is being produced by processing
methods such as steaming and boiling etc. The fibre does not contain any
chemical additives. It has unique antibacterial, deodorant, colouration,
elasticity, drapability and wearability characteristics. Notable are
also moisture absorption and ventilation. Because of its special
structure and natural "hollowness" in the horizontal cross sections, the
abundant gaps in the fibre can absorb and evaporate the moisture of
human skin instantly."

BLUE FACE LEICESTER ROVING.
This is super fine Blue Face Leicester, and is almost as soft as a
Merino fibre, it takes the dye quick and is a pleasure to spin.
100 % MERINO - NATURAL COLOUR PENCIL ROVING
This is an untreated, 24 micron count Merino fibre, it is a pleasure to
spin and is also feltable.
80% SUPERWASH MERINO/20 % NYLON MILL END ROVING.
This is the fibre that is used to make the Merino/Nylon yarn. I have
never used a product with nylon that was this soft, takes the dye
quickly and evenly. Make a great sock yarn, scarves, shawls and baby
wear.
MILK TOP ROVING.
"Milk protein fibre is healthy for skin, comfortable, with bright
colours due to good dye ability. The milk protein fibre can be spun
purely or with cashmere, silk, cotton, wool or other fibres to knit or
weave. It passed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 green certification for the
international ecological textiles."
100% SEACELL ROVING.
"Seacell is a cellulose based fiber manufactured using the Lyocell
process. The structure facilitates the active exchange of substances
between the fiber and the skin - nutrients such as calcium, magnesium
and vitamin E are released by the natural body moisture when the fiber
is worn, creating a complete sense of well being. The textile properties
also offer advantages such as breathability and softness."
100 % SUPER FINE MERINO - UNTREATED - FELTABLE
This is a 19 micron count Merino fibre, it will felt very easily and is
a pleasure to spin. It dyes very quickly with acid dyes or natural dyes.
100 % TUSSAH SILK ROVING
Tussah silk is wildcrafted, and thus it is naturally both organic silk
and "Peace Silk" suitable for vegetarians. Tussah or wild silk worms
live naturally in tropical or semi-tropical forests. Their silk is
gathered after the moth emerges. Tussah is generally stronger and more
resilient than cultivated silk."
SOY SILK TOP ROVING.
"Soy silk is made of left overs from the tofu manufacturing process. It
is soft, lustrous, a pleasure to spin and knit. It truly resembles silk
in appearance and handling. Soy silk alone or with 25% fine wool adds
memory and bounce while maintaining the softness and luster of Soy. Use
it unspun to make paper or beautiful felted fabric."
100 % SUPER FINE MERINO - UNTREATED - FELTABLE
This is a 22 micron count Merino fibre, it will felt very easily and is
a pleasure to spin.
